No. 64 Drilling and Chamfering Tools
Combine Operations - Save Set-up Time:
For Facing While Counterboring - Deburring and Chamfering While Drilling or Reaming
Drilling and chamfering tools allow operations to e combined thereby saving set-up and production
time.
The drill is held by a bushing in an adjustable head similar to the No. 65 Adjustable Tool Holder. An arm
protruding from the side of the adjustable head holds the chamfering bit at a 45 degree angel to the drill.
The bit can be altered for other angles. Round chamfering bits are used to facilitate gringing and to
provide better clearance.
One Chamfering tool blank is furnished with each tool.
